All three. The right edition depends on your industry, customization tolerance, IT capacity, and roadmap. We help you make that decision based on facts, not vendor preferences.
How long does an S/4HANA implementation take?
A focused mid-market greenfield typically runs 6–10 months. ECC-to-S/4HANA conversions can be shorter when the existing system is clean. We will not quote a timeline before scoping your processes and data.
Can you work with our existing system integrator?
Yes. We frequently work alongside SIs as the client-side delivery partner — protecting your interests, validating designs, and ensuring outcomes match the statement of work.
Do you offer fixed-fee SAP engagements?
For well-defined scope (assessments, upgrades, specific modules) — yes. For full implementations, we recommend time-and-materials with milestone-based fee caps, which aligns incentives better than fixed-fee.
