Rahul founded TYG Consulting after two decades leading SAP and ERP transformations across manufacturing, retail, technology, and professional services. The firm exists because too many transformation programs ship slide decks instead of outcomes — and there is a real market for a senior, vendor-neutral partner who closes that gap.

Every engagement is led by senior practitioners with hands-on experience. We do not staff junior consultants behind partner faces. We do not run multi-month discovery phases that bill more than they deliver. We do not extend scope to fit our utilization model.
